Delivery and Processing

Once your order is placed, please allow one to two days for processing. Once payment clears and processing is finished, you will receive the order within 5-7 business days depending on the location.

Easy Return Shipping

Please request a return authorization online or send us an email. You'll then be able to print the return shipping label and authorization, and ship it back. *Note: Some items require OttoNavi’s review for return authorization approval. If the merchandise returned is damaged, scratched, dented, smudged, and is missing any parts, the buyer may be responsible for up to 15% restocking fee.

OttoNavi will cover shipping on all defective returned units within 30 days of the product delivery date. Our customer service team can trouble shoot most technical problems if you have any. If your issue cannot be resolved we will promptly issue a return authorization. We value your time and want to help and resolve all problems quickly and efficiently. Your satisfaction is important to us and our goal is have your unit operating and on the road in the most convenient way possible. Your warranty covers manufacturer defects but return shipping must be purchased by the customer. Most common issues include, but are not limited to:
